What about cultivating water?

In recent years, droughts have become increasingly common in our country, and the watchword we hear everywhere is "we have to adapt". Fighting against waste, protecting resources, selecting seeds that are resistant to dry conditions... All very well! But is this the only way, the only solution we have at our disposal to develop our resilience on a regional scale? And what if we could do much better... like, for example, cultivating water? A conference to give you a better understanding of the water cycle, and the fundamental role played by plants in it.
