Based on the needs of a tomato plant and the expectations of greenhouse growers, is it possible to design a greenhouse that uses no fossil fuels? Research teams, experimental stations and growers in western France are taking up the challenge of modelling this greenhouse and its energy systems as part of the Serres+ project supported by Végépolys Valley.
