NATHY®SAUVIGNAC is the result of 6 generations of cross-breeds between vitis spp. that are resistant to the main cryptogamic diseases and Vitis vinifera. Varieties like Riesling and White Sauvignon are notably among the parents. The genetic factors for mildew and powdery mildew resistance are numerous and original.
A Black-Rot resistance level which had not been seen for other varieties, has furthermore been observed in vineyards.
