RePP’Air project: Understanding and taking action to reduce plant protection product transfer to the air

Between 2017 and 2020, several chambers of agriculture, air quality monitoring approved organisations (AASQA) along with research and agricultural training institutions took part in a study reviewing the relationship between farming practices and the transfer of plant protection products into the air. Looking at various crop systems through 7 study sites across 6 different areas, this research identified ways to mitigate transfers of plant-health products into the air. A look back at the findings of the four-year project and levers identified.
