Water balance on E-Terroir: a tool to characterise vineyard plots

The Water Balance functionality of the E-Terroir interface offered by InterLoire to its operators received the Sival silver award in 2021. This presentation will allow you to better understand how to use this interface and to understand the interest of the tool for a better knowledge of your plots’ the water systems. An assessment of the vintage in terms of water availability for the vine will be carried out, and the consequences for the vine will also be discussed.
