A better use of fertilizing elements released by the addition of organic matter to a series of market garden crops

Presentation of the results of the BAAMOS regional project: 3 years of reference data acquisition on the release of nitrogen from Organic Residual Products (ORP) and plant cover crops, as well as the evaluation of these practices integrated into a specific market gardening system crop rotation pattern.
