Whether out of curiosity, desire or genuine need, exoskeletons are attracting more and more farm businesses. In a tense socio-economic climate, farms are having to contend with issues such as physical wear and tear, loss of employment and painful work. Furthermore, for businesses, the acquisition of an exoskeleton can have a positive impact in terms of attractiveness and improving working conditions, against a backdrop of labour shortages. Whether in response to health problems or to prevent occupational hazards, this tool is seen as a promising solution. Promises kept or not? What is the reality?
