Chemical mediators and biocontrol
Information
The use of chemical mediators (e.g. pheromones, kairomones) is one of the solutions of biocontrol. These natural products make it possible to manipulate the behaviour of insect pests in order to reduce damage. Their characterisation, the various applications and the prospects offered by research will be presented.
